This was the first course in our graduate school of education. This class was an introduction to our new roles as teacher researchers (or teachers as researchers). We began the process of exploring our fierce wonderings (academic curiosities), keeping track of our thoughts in an inquiry journal (observations, questions, striking moments), and beginning to research articles that captivated our academic wonderings. The final project of the course was a written description of our schools (Setting Description), which will ultimately become the introduction for our thesis.
